The administrative staff takes pride in meeting your scheduling needs and assisting you with insurance claims and finances. You will always be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The front office team excels at making the oral surgery experience achievable for you financially. They are knowledgeable about insurance systems and believe that cost should never be an obstacle to receiving treatment. A variety of payment options are available to you.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, along with outside financing through Care Credit and Lending Club.

Dental Insurance

We are happy to bill your insurance company for verifiable benefits and accept direct payment. Our administrative team will be glad to research your benefits for you at the initial consultation; simply bring your insurance card(s) with you.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND that we file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We do not have a contract with each insurance company, only the patient does. We are not responsible for how your insurance companies handle claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We can only assist in estimating the portion of the cost due for the services we provide. We, at no time, guarantee what insurance will or will not do with each claim. Ultimately, we are not responsible for any errors in filing your insurance, but will make every effort to help our patients through this process. Once again, we file claims as a courtesy to our patients.
