Dr. Kyle Sorensen was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and attended the University of Utah for his undergraduate training, earning a bachelor of arts in medical biology. Kyle then moved to New England, where he studied at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and graduated with honors, receiving multiple awards throughout his training, including the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dental Implant Award and the Pierre Fauchard Academy Foundation Awards for leadership.

After graduating from dental school, Kyle and his family moved to Oklahoma, where he spent another four years focusing his training on oral and maxillofacial surgery. During his time at the University of Oklahoma, Kyle was trained to perform the full scope of oral surgery by leaders in the fields of orthognathic surgery, temporomandibularjoint surgery, cleft and craniofacial surgery, major head and neck trauma, dental implants and bone grafts, dentoalveolar surgery and general anesthesia.  Dr. Sorensen is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Kyle’s special interests include orthognathic surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, pathology, and dentoalveolar surgery.

Kyle, his wife Hillary and three beautiful children are thrilled to be living in the Northwest, where they enjoy camping, kayaking, skiing and hiking.
