This note was from a sweet patient who has some physical disabilities. Her taxi dropped her off at the wrong office, and she went through an ordeal just to get to us. We squeezed her into our schedule, helped her out with her procedure, and did our best to turn her “bad day” around. One of our staff members, Betsy, volunteered to drive her home when she was finished, so she wouldn’t have to wait for a taxi again. She returned for a follow up and brought banana bread and a thank you card. We love helping out patients like her!

    Dr. Craig Neal and his assistants are the best. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with them. I had two upper jaw surgeries with them to correct my teeth alignment and they did an awesome job. Thanks Dr. Craig Neal.

    Today I was in the office for an initial surgical consult. I am completely impressed with Dr. Neal and the staff. After many years in the health care system this is one of the best experiences I have had. The staff was friendly, helpful and very nice. Dr. Neal gave me very clear information about the procedure. My future appointments were coordinated with my primary dentist while I was still in the office. I left with all the information that I needed. In my years of health care service I tried to organize this type of care for my patients. Dr. Neal and the staff has succeeded remarkably and I am grateful for the experience.
